We're a small, focused team building autonomous AI agents for product development. We don't always have open roles — but we always want to hear from exceptional builders who would fit one of the areas below.
Prodedify is an AI-native product management platform: autonomous engineers that plan, build, test, and ship from a PRD — running in isolated cloud sandboxes and grounded in a live product knowledge graph. We hire opportunistically for the areas below, and we read every thoughtful note.
Autonomous AI engineers
Multi-agent systems that take a PRD and return a tested, reviewed pull request — running in isolated cloud sandboxes, grounded in a live product knowledge graph.

Roles where we usually want to hear from people:
Product-minded engineers
Senior engineers who can ship product, not just code. Comfortable with full-stack work, opinionated about quality, and curious about what AI agents change for software teams.
- Strong React / TypeScript or Python backend chops
- Genuine taste for product and design, not just clean code
- Comfortable making decisions when the spec doesn't have the answer
AI / agent engineers
Engineers who have built real things on top of LLMs — agents, RAG, evals, tool use — and have opinions about why most agent demos don't survive contact with production.
- Experience with autonomous agents, multi-step tool use, or RAG pipelines
- Comfortable across model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source)
- Care about evals, safety, and observability — not just demos
Product designers
Designers who think systemically — design systems, dense product surfaces, motion and micro-interactions that earn their place. Bonus points for shipped product taste over portfolio polish.
- Strong on systems thinking and component-level design
- Comfortable working in Figma and reading the front-end code
- Care about marketing surfaces and product surfaces equally

We're remote-first and global. Async-friendly defaults, strong written culture, and synchronous time reserved for the work that actually benefits from it.
